RLA Universal Primer is a rapid-drying, solvent free, water based primer, designed for use on both porous and non-porous surfaces, as well as surfaces painted with water-based, paint, and both sealed and burnished concrete floors. It is compatible with both ceramic tile adhesives and levelling compounds.
