Abelflex is a flexible, lightweight, closed cell, cross-linked, polyethylene foam expansion joint and space filler. In concrete and brickwork, Abelflex has excellent recovery properties. The product is non-absorbent, readily compressible, and has great recovery after compression. It is ideal as both a gap filler and bond breaker in a number of scenarios, including floor and wall expansion joints, bridges, walls, and automotive applications.
